ROZ CLARK
Â
Roz Clark doesn't speak about burnout, caregiving, and life transitions from research. Having navigated leadership, parenting, and elder caregiving simultaneously, she speaks from experience.
As a keynote speaker, transformational guide, and founder of the Rebirth Method, she brings that lived authority and practical tools to the invisible emotional load leaders carry at work.
Her message is rooted in one truth:
burnout is not a personal failure — it is the result of carrying too much alone.

Building from the Inside Out
Creativity Culture S.O.S.
How Leadership Culture Shapes Sustainable Performance
Most organizations say, "bring your entire self to work" with the best of intentions – aiming to boost self-awareness, enhance communication, and improve leadership.
Yet, despite initial enthusiasm, the desired impact is rarely achieved. Why? Because traditional frameworks are not built for creative integration.
Roz Clark, award-winning director, producer, and performer, shares her insights and experience in Arts & Entertainment, as she invites leaders to rethink the role of creativity in shaping culture, not just as a tool for personal development but as a lens for lasting cultural change. You will discover why traditional training methods fail to stick and what it takes to embed creativity into the daily habits, language, and leadership of your organization.
Grounded in cognitive science and sprinkled with joy, this session will demonstrate how to build upon feel-good moments to create sustained behavioral change.
You will experience a brain-friendly, culturally aligned approach to weaving creative practices into the fabric of how your people lead, collaborate, and grow — turning awareness into action and insight into impact.
Key Takeaways:
- Turn self-awareness into long-term application, not short-term exercise
- Bridge the gap between personal expression and sustained culture transformation
- Build a culture where personality is not a differentiator or liability, but a shared language
- Use creativity and personality styles as a strategic lever to drive engagement

- Communication systems that validate complex life experiences
without overexposure - Deeper understanding of hidden attrition drivers

How to Become the CEO of Your Life
Students are carrying the weight of academic, family, and peer expectations.
Fear, burnout, and overwhelm often become by-products of not having the skills or language to seek the support they need.
Having worked with highly gifted emerging artists who went on to have international careers and also chose paths outside of the Arts, Roz Clark understands the importance of creating the space and language for students to discover who they are becoming.
Her own journey, turning 21 in Paris while on tour as a Classical Soprano, and then choosing to leave it all to care for her son after he was born with special needs, informed how she was able to pivot and reimagine her life. Young creatives feel an instant connection with her transparency and candor
about how she continues to evolve with curiosity and the capacity
to embrace change.
In this session, Roz shares the three pillars for successful living.
You don't have to have it all figured out. You get to change your mind. Build a life that works for you.
Key Takeaways:
- Reduction of undue stress and pressure by understanding the role of change and failure in the growth process
- Agency to make informed and empowered decisions
- Develop a CEO mindset to identify resources, build teams, and create a support system across multiple settings
- The language and confidence to ask for help without shame
