What Does It Take To Design Your Dream Life?
Sep 03, 2025
So many people spend their lives on autopilot. Playing small. Going along to get along.
When I made the decision to leave my marriage after 30 years, it was no longer about what had or hadn’t happened—it was about who I wanted to be.
I released the limiting story of “I have to make it work” and leaned into a greater truth: “I am meant for so much more.”
No longer was I trying to fix someone else or a broken situation. Instead, I turned my focus inward—becoming the woman I needed to be to live the life I had always known was possible.
That’s when I chose to design a life worth living.
Because you are more impactful, more joyful, and more alive when you create a life of freedom—
Your dreams. Your life. On your terms.
And the first step? Reconnecting with the very essence of who you are.
For me, that meant reconnecting with what truly brings me joy. I’ve always been joyful by nature—but this went deeper.
I became relentless in my pursuit of peace and joy.
Every choice became a chance to reconnect with the woman I was before I stepped into the role of rescuer and fixer for everyone else.
This is the real work of transformation.
When I’m creating transformational experiences for the women I serve, the litmus test for what stays or goes always comes down to one question:
Does it guide her inward, toward self-discovery and truth?
If the answer is yes, we build from there.
If not, we release it and begin again.
The real power is in knowing when to say no—so you can finally arrive at your true yes.
I began saying no to every relationship, role, and responsibility that drained me. Each no was, in truth, a yes to myself.
I discovered that the women living truly abundant lives aren’t the ones hustling the hardest. They are the ones who grant themselves permission—to be seen, to be supported, to be free.
That’s why I chose to build a Tribe that celebrates and supports women stepping into the fullness of who they are called to be.
And the way I guide my Tribe through this work is with a simple but powerful path I call the Rebirth Framework.
The Rebirth Framework is a three-step journey designed to help you return to your truest self and create a life that feels deeply aligned.
Reconnect with the woman you were before the world told you who to be—the bold dreamer, the joyful spirit, the version of you that feels free.
Release the roles, responsibilities, and relationships that drain your joy. Forgive, let go, and reclaim your energy for what truly matters.
Rewrite the happy ending you’ve been dreaming of. Step into authorship of your story, name what’s next, and celebrate all that you’ve already overcome.
Every woman I serve finds herself in one of these stages. Where do you see yourself in this framework?
📌P.S. I created the Rebirth Framework to help high-achieving women release what no longer serves them and rewrite the story they’ve been longing to live.
If you’re tired of holding it all together while secretly longing for more joy, vibrancy, and purpose in your life—this is how you get there.
Because your transformation doesn’t start with doing more. It starts with giving yourself permission to begin again.
To guide you on that journey, I’ve created a free resource for you—my 12-Step Transformation Workbook. It will help you take the first steps to reconnect with yourself, release what weighs you down, and rewrite the life you know you’re meant to live.
